Q: What is your cancellation/no show policy?

*Booking Policy updated as of 1st of July 2023.Your appointments and well-being are very important to us and we want to do our best to run our bookings as efficiently as possible and respect all our clients’ time. All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice either via phone, text or email.Our cancellation/no-show Policy:Any cancellation or reschedules made within 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service booked. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.We require a credit card to hold your appointment or a pre paid deposit. Cancellation/ no show fees will be charged to your card on file.In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee will be issued as a credit on your file and may be applied to future services.We thank you in advance for respecting our time and our updated policy.

Step 1: Lash Consultation & Custom Styling

We start by getting to know you. Your lash artist will chat with you about the look you want to achieve, assess your natural lashes, and recommend the best length, curl, and thickness to suit your features.

Step 2: Before You Arrive

Before you arrive, ensure your natural lashes are clean and makeup free. Not only does this interfere with the lash glue, but it also ensures we can use the full appointment on applying your lash extensions, without taking up valuable time removing make-up and residue.

Step 3: Flawless Application

Now, its ime to relax and let us do the work (lash naps encouraged!). Using expert care, we apply each classic, hybrid, or volume lash extension to every suitable natural lash, creating a seamless, soft, and fluttery finish.

Step 4: The Big Reveal

Take a look at your new set! This also allows us to make any tweaks necessary.

Please arrive on time with clean lashes to ensure your full appointment time is used for applying your gorgeous new set! We’ll do our best within the remaining time, but full service cannot be guaranteed.

A full set of eyelash extensions typically takes 90 to 120 minutes to apply. Infills take between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how long it has been since your last appointment.

Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

Not at all! When applied correctly by a trained lash artist, eyelash extensions won’t harm your natural lashes. Proper aftercare also plays a big role in maintaining healthy lashes.

How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?

To keep your lashes looking full and fabulous for as long as possible, there are a few essential aftercare tips to follow:

Avoid water for the first 24 hours as this ensures the glue and extension are fully set.
Say no to oil-based products around your eyes, as they can weaken the lash adhesive.
Use a spoolie brush to gently straighten and fluff up your lashes, especially after showering.
Ditch the waterproof mascara as it can break down the adhesive and cause premature lash loss.
If you are using mascara, choose one designed for lash extensions and apply only to the top half of the lashes.
Use a cotton tip (not a cotton pad) near your lash line to avoid lint getting stuck in your lashes.

Are eyelash extensions right for me?
